The first of its kind GigaZone TechXpo, a Paul Bunyan Communications Event is Saturday, April 22, 2023, from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm at the Sanford Center in Bemidji, MN. Admission is FREE. Over 30 exhibits including drones, simulators, virtual reality, and much more.
The mission of the GigaZone TechXpo is to spark excitement and create opportunities with technology by connecting students and job seekers with employers, educators, and technology enthusiasts from across northern Minnesota.
The TechXpo will be held concurrently with the GigaZone Gaming Championship, an arena-style e-gaming competition produced by Paul Bunyan Communications, which attracted more than 4,000 gamers to the last in person event in 2019. Info at gigazonegaming.com.
Greater Bemidji's First NORTH STARtup Pitch Competition
Hear pitches from regional entrepreneurs as they compete for prize money to support their startup company. Each entrepreneur will present a five minute pitch to a panel of judges, followed by a five minute question and answer session. Based upon a review of all pitches, prize money will be awarded to the entrepreneur with the most successful pitch.
